CF Industries is hiring a Director of FP&A to serve as a financial partner to the organization, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Finance & Strategy. The role leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, capital planning, and performance reviews; partners with business, commercial, manufacturing, and engineering teams; and develops the corporate FP&A team. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 15 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or business-segment finance experience, strong financial modeling and public-company reporting knowledge, and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and SAP proficiency. The estimated base pay is $143,500 to $201,900, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
