Description
The Global Treasury Director will lead Renesas’s global treasury function, overseeing cash and liquidity management, funding and capital structure, foreign exchange and financial risk management, banking relationships, treasury governance, insurance coordination, and treasury transformation. The role supports the CFO and senior management, manages global treasury teams, and advises on treasury strategy across the company’s multinational semiconductor manufacturing footprint. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 12–15 years of progressive treasury or related finance experience, significant multinational manufacturing or technology experience, and strong knowledge of global cash management, FX risk, debt financing, banking, and treasury controls. Japanese language capability is preferred, and the position follows a hybrid model with two remote work days per week.
