The Property Manager on Duty oversees daily hotel property operations, guest services, front-desk activities, employee supervision, guest complaints, safety and emergency procedures, and continuous service improvement. The role requires either a high school diploma or GED with two years of guest services, front-desk, or related experience, or a two-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field with no work experience required.
