Lam Research is hiring a Director of Manufacturing Engineering for its Tualatin Pilot Manufacturing team. The role leads manufacturing and test methods, manufacturability assessments, assembly and test engineering support, digital manufacturing and AI tool adoption, and corrective actions across product transitions. It reports to the Senior Director of Tualatin Pilot Manufacturing and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant operational or manufacturing engineering experience, along with strong leadership, stakeholder-influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
