Description
The Director, Franchise Profitability and Unit Economics will lead the strategy and execution of restaurant-level profitability initiatives across KFC’s global franchise system. The role establishes unit-economics targets and performance routines, leads reviews in priority countries, partners with market leaders and franchisees, manages global initiatives, and builds standardized tools and governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or finance field, 8–10 years of commercial experience, strong financial modeling and business analytics skills, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. The position offers an annual salary range of $174,240–$183,920 plus bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation.
