Description
The Director, Franchise Profitability and Unit Economics will lead the strategy and execution of restaurant-level profitability initiatives across a global franchise system. The role establishes unit economics targets and performance management routines, leads reviews across priority countries, partners with market leaders and franchisees, builds standardized tools and governance, and scales solutions across the organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or finance field, 8–10 years of commercial experience, strong financial modeling and business analytics skills, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives. The stated annual salary range is $174,240–$183,920 plus bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation.
