Description
The Spa Director will oversee the overall operation of the Spa and Fitness Center, including revenue growth, profit and loss analysis, budgeting, expense and payroll control, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of Spa staff. The role also involves attending daily huddles, maintaining the MOD book, reviewing strategic goals, participating in sales functions and trade shows, and reporting to the Director of Operations. Candidates need at least five years of Spa management experience, with luxury hotel experience, spa-treatment certifications, Spa Soft software, and prior P&L experience preferred or advantageous.
