Description
Renesas Electronics is hiring a global Packaging Sustaining Engineering leader to oversee high-volume semiconductor manufacturing across internal assembly sites and OSAT partners in Asia. The role owns manufacturing excellence, customer RMA and failure analysis, yield and cost improvement, product change notifications, material disposition, supplier governance, and engineering teams, while requiring extensive assembly and automotive packaging experience, a relevant advanced degree, and familiarity with semiconductor reliability and quality standards.
