UKG is hiring a Director, WFM Implementation Services, India, in Pune to lead and scale a high-performing organization delivering complex Workforce Management SaaS solutions. The role owns the India implementation strategy, AI-enabled delivery, customer value realization, operational excellence, people leadership, global and partner collaboration, and change management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least seven years of senior leadership experience in SaaS delivery or professional services, and demonstrated experience leading transformational change and scaling implementation or professional services teams in India.
