Description
Lam Research is hiring a Director, Quality Engineering to lead quality initiatives for its Global Operations group, partner with customer account teams, resolve key customer quality issues, represent quality in regional operations reviews, and drive customer satisfaction and quality KPIs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 15 years of experience or equivalent experience, semiconductor-customer experience, advanced quality-methods expertise, and strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
