Adobe is hiring a Director of Solution Engineering to lead a team of managers, architects, and solution engineers focused on transforming business needs into reusable data products, services, and capabilities. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Platform, and other organizations to shape data foundations, AI-enabled experiences, automation, and modern engineering practices, while developing future leaders and fostering an inclusive environment. Candidates need 10+ years of relevant technology experience, technical leadership experience, and familiarity with data, mobile applications, SDKs, instrumentation, digital experiences, and event-driven systems. The U.S. base salary range is $186,500-$358,250 annually, with a California range of $247,400-$358,250.
