Description
The Director, Software Engineering will lead Disney Experiences Technology in Bangalore as the most senior on-site technology and site leader. The role owns full-stack digital platforms and services, end-to-end delivery across product, engineering, quality, and reliability functions, architectural decisions, vendor partnerships, and the culture and operations of the newly opened office. It requires at least 12 years of software engineering or technology leadership experience, including 5+ years leading managers, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position is based in Bangalore with regular in-office presence, flexibility for U.S. collaboration, and periodic travel to Disney's United States locations.
