LexisNexis is hiring a Director of Engineering to lead technology and development for CounselLink, including multiple software development teams, platform modernization, architecture, operational quality, and engineering execution. The role will set technical direction, manage and develop engineering managers and technical leads, guide AWS, Java, enterprise search, LLM, and Model Context Protocol initiatives, and partner with product, architecture, security, operations, and business stakeholders. The position is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and offers a U.S. national base pay range of $136,100 to $252,800 plus an annual incentive bonus.
