Description
The Director of Surgical Services will oversee the strategic planning, development, implementation, and overall operations of surgical services, including operating rooms, anesthesia services, central services, and materials management. The role defines and monitors patient-care and nursing-practice standards, ensures appropriate use of human and material resources, and supports collaboration across disciplines. The position is a 1.0 FTE day shift role scheduled Monday through Friday, requires a nursing bachelor's degree or RN with 15+ years of service, a Washington State or multistate RN license, five years of perioperative nursing experience, and three years of management experience. Compensation is $207,022.40–$287,352.00 USD, with medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
