Cboe Global Markets is hiring a UX Director to lead and grow its global user experience team across design, research, and design systems. The role owns UX strategy, standards, AI-enabled design and delivery, design-system governance, roadmaps, resource allocation, accessibility, metrics, vendor and agency relationships, and cross-functional adoption of UX practices. It requires a relevant degree or equivalent knowledge, at least 10 years of UX experience including 3 years managing designers or researchers, and experience with AI, enterprise design systems, financial services, and regulated domains. The position is hybrid, with teams working regularly from Kansas City and Chicago, and offers a base salary of $110,500-$157,300 for US locations.
