Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides to provide residential home care to adults with disabilities in Fenelton, Pennsylvania. The role assists with activities of daily living, meal preparation, personal care, medication administration, shopping, housekeeping, goal attainment, and community outings. Full-time evening and overnight shifts are available, along with part-time flexible scheduling; no prior experience is required because paid training is provided. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 200 pounds with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
