Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania to provide personal care and home-care support to adults with disabilities in a residential setting. Duties include cooking, cleaning, shopping, bathing and grooming, medication administration, goal attainment assistance, and community outings. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with paid training provided and no prior experience required. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 200 pounds with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
