Lifesteps is hiring Direct Care Aides to provide residential home care to adults with disabilities in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania. The role assists with activities of daily living, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, medication administration, transportation, shopping, cleaning, and community outings. Full-time daytime shifts are available from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with part-time flexible scheduling also available. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, but applicants must be at least 18, able to lift up to 200 pounds with assistance, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and obtain the required ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
