Refuge for Women is hiring a part-time Direct Care Associate to work in a program house and maintain a safe, healing environment for women recovering from human trafficking or sexual exploitation. The role supports the program director, upholds resident guidelines, responds to crises, communicates with residents, coordinates transportation and activities, and holds residents accountable while modeling healthy boundaries. The position requires strong communication, leadership, conflict-resolution, crisis-procedure, and driving skills, along with a background check and drug test; knowledge of addiction behaviors, trauma, and 12-step recovery programs is helpful.
