Description
Ability Beyond is hiring a per diem Direct Care Professional to support adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health needs in residential and community settings across Westchester County and nearby areas. The role provides hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, mobility, transportation, skill development, behavioral support, documentation, and collaboration with clinical team members. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn are required; prior experience is not required because paid training is provided. The schedule includes first, second, and third shifts with weekend availability, and the pay rate is $20.25 to $20.75 per hour.
