Spread Your Wings, LLC. is hiring a full-time Supported Living Services Direct Care Staff member to provide direct support to clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges in the Monterey County area. The role assists clients with independent living skills, motivates and supports them, helps organize tasks and schedules, and documents progress through case notes. The position offers a Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. shift, $19.50 per hour, accrued sick time, mileage reimbursement, and benefits including a company-paid medical plan and life insurance.
