Spread Your Wings, LLC. is hiring a part-time Direct Care Staff member in Vacaville, California, to provide supported living services for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. The role assists clients with independent living skills, motivates and supports them, helps plan tasks and schedules, and documents progress through case notes. Available shifts are daily 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. or 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., with pay of $19.50 per hour and mileage reimbursement. Applicants need a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, bilingual Spanish-English ability, digital literacy, and the ability to pass a background check; behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
