Catholic Charities Boston is hiring per diem Direct Care residential staff for its Brigid’s Crossing Family Services program in Lowell. The role assists, oversees, and instructs residents in parenting skills and activities of daily living, maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries, and fosters a positive mentoring relationship. Applicants need an associate’s degree, three years of experience working with adolescents in a similar environment, CPR and First Aid certification, de-escalation experience, and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license; bilingual Spanish or Khmer ability is preferred. The position offers a 403(b) savings plan and time off, with preferred availability on second shifts, overnights, and weekends.
