Spread Your Wings, LLC. is hiring a part-time Direct Care Staff member for Supported Living Services in the Napa area. The role supports clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges by helping them build independent living skills, creating task schedules, providing motivation, documenting progress, and working independently in one-on-one settings. Available shifts are Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with pay of $19.50 per hour. Applicants need a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and basic digital literacy; behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
