Description
Monarch Healthcare is hiring a part-time direct care worker to support individuals in a residential setting, including required every-other-weekend sleepover coverage. The role focuses on person-centered support, community participation, advocacy, daily living assistance, transportation, safety, documentation, and implementation of individual service plans for people with mental health diagnoses, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders. A high school diploma and valid U.S. driver's license are required; relevant experience is not required.
