Description
The Direct Credit & Collections Analyst 3 is an individual-contributor role on Intuit’s Global Collections team, focused on exceptions management, research, reconciliation, and resolving complex collections and billing issues across multiple processes and product lines. The role supports the end-to-end credit and collections process against SLAs, identifies root causes of processing issues, and helps improve procedures while maintaining financial and operational integrity. It requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong accounting/reconciliation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and advanced Excel skills; Oracle and Qlik Sense are a plus.
