Description
The DI Coordinator provides floor leadership and instructions to Warehouse Associates in a direct-to-consumer sortation operation, assigns work areas and tasks, trains new hires, and ensures safe and efficient production. The role requires at least one year of experience, computer proficiency, leadership development, teamwork, and the ability to stand or walk for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 30 pounds. It is a full-time hourly position scheduled Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a stated pay of $16.50 per hour or a 50-cent increase for internal candidates.
