Description
Franklin Energy is hiring a Direct Load Control Technician to install, remove, modify, inspect, and service DLC devices in residential markets. The role requires basic HVAC, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and building-science knowledge; a high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of relevant experience; a valid driver’s license; and willingness to travel up to 95%. Duties include customer service, troubleshooting, inventory and fleet maintenance support, and participation in an on-call rotation.
