Description
Franklin Energy is hiring a residential Direct Load Control (DLC) Technician to install, remove, modify, inspect, and service DLC devices. The role requires basic HVAC, electrical/electronic, mechanical, construction, building science, and energy-auditing knowledge; strong customer service, communication, data entry, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills; a valid driver's license; and willingness to travel up to 95%. The technician also performs inventory, warehouse and fleet organization, vehicle safety inspections, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.
