Description
The Exploration Company is seeking a Direct Material Procurement Manager to support the development, production, and operation of Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle. The role involves managing procurement activities for facility readiness and production readiness, including strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contract management. The manager will also ensure alignment with AIT, Engineering, and Quality departments and maintain financial oversight. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering or Business Administration, 1-2 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain processes within a technical context, and a minimum of 3 years' experience with ERP software. The role can be based in Munich, Germany, or Bordeaux, France, with quarterly travel required. The company offers relocation assistance and visa sponsorship.
