ICF is hiring a Direct Operations Case Coordinator to lead and supervise a team of Case Coordinators supporting the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s national case coordination program for unaccompanied children. The role provides operational oversight, guidance, site visits, case-file review, and escalation of clinical, safety, behavioral, physical, juvenile justice, and placement concerns to ORR staff and project leadership. The position requires onsite and remote work, covering Case Coordinators, regular facility visits, up to 20% travel, and availability for some nights and weekends. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold the specified education and experience qualifications, and obtain a Tier 2 Security Clearance. The Virginia Remote Office pay range is $74,090 to $125,954.
