Description
This role involves providing direct service to persons served (PS) in a GLE/SIE residential setting, helping them overcome barriers to independent living. Key responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, administering medications according to established programs, providing crisis interventions, performing physical site maintenance, and ensuring a safe environment. The individual will also collaborate with integrated team members, teach medication management, encourage resident participation, and act as an advocate for PS. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, and adherence to various organizational policies and training requirements.
