The Arc Southern Chesapeake is hiring a part-time Direct Support Associate serving Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's Counties. The role provides hands-on support to individuals with differing abilities in residential homes and community or recreational settings, including personal care, daily living, household management, transportation, medication assistance, and advocacy. The position is scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., pays $20 per hour, and requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, background check, and training completion.
