Description
Ability Beyond is hiring a Direct Support Floater to provide hands-on daily living, personal care, transportation, behavioral support, and community participation assistance to adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health needs in residential and community settings. The role requires at least one year of previous experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn; paid training and certification are provided. The position offers full-time first-, second-, and third-shift schedules, $21 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance.
