Description
The Team Lead provides leadership and supervision to staff in a residence and community while delivering direct services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting training, community outings, employee orientation, staffing and recruitment, progress reviews, shift objectives, and services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of direct-service experience in human services, a current driver's license and auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a compassionate approach. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available, with full-time employees receiving a compensation and benefits package, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday pay.
