Ability Beyond Barriers is hiring a 3rd-shift Direct Support Professional to provide overnight support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Loris area. The role assists with daily living and personal care, promotes independence and community inclusion, monitors safety, completes documentation, and supports individual goals. The schedule begins with Sunday and Saturday overnight shifts, then adds Monday in week two, with a $15.62 per hour base pay plus a 50-cent shift differential from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m., paid training, and a $500 sign-on bonus split between 45 and 90 days.
