Description
The Residential Support Worker provides direct support to residents in a residential program, including implementing individualized plans, behavior support, crisis intervention, mobility and self-care assistance, communication support, housekeeping, medication administration, documentation, and safety procedures. The role requires weekend availability, a minimum of one weekend and one overnight shift per week for full-time staff, an NYS driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; certifications and training are provided by the agency.
