HCBS Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are sought after to deliver individualized care to children and teenagers within their homes and communities. This role focuses on enabling individuals to achieve autonomy, foster community involvement, and uphold their rights. Responsibilities encompass providing direct aid with daily tasks like personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning, assisting in goal attainment, encouraging self-reliance, collaborating with various stakeholders to create and execute support strategies, meticulous record-keeping, and offering crisis management.
