Description
Kindly Direct Care is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity one-to-one assignment in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The role provides close supervision, safety monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, support for communication and independence, adherence to individualized behavioral and medical protocols, emergency response, health and behavior reporting, documentation, and care-team communication. Prior DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral-health, direct-care, or complex-care experience is preferred; reliable transportation, sound judgment, communication skills, protocol compliance, physical ability, and completion of required training are required. The schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with driving required, and pay is $23–$25 per hour.
