The Opportunity Tree is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for its Day Programs in Maricopa, Arizona to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on assisting with daily living skills, transportation, medication procedures, documentation, advocacy, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and respectful environment. The position is safety sensitive and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver license, English communication skills, and preferred experience in the IDD field.
