Quality Care LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered in-home support to clients, including companionship, emotional support, daily living assistance, meal preparation, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, transportation to appointments and errands, and help achieving individual goals and greater independence. The role offers full-time and part-time flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and provided PPE. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, background-check clearance, and strong communication skills are required; caregiving or experience supporting people with developmental or intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges is preferred.
