Description
The Direct Support Professional assists people with basic living and employment skills, personal care, schedules, transportation, medication administration, meal planning, finances, data collection, and a safe living environment. The role works under the supervision of a Residential/Employment Coordinator, follows agency values, maintains confidentiality, and reports abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Required qualifications include being at least 18, having a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, an insurable driving record, and a successful background check.
