Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate and reliable assistance to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities. The role involves helping individuals develop independence, build routines, and foster community connections. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, promoting skill development, encouraging community participation, following support plans, ensuring well-being, completing documentation, and communicating with supervisors.
