Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence through skill development, encouraging community engagement, and ensuring adherence to individualized support plans. DSPs will also handle documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors.
