Thrive Community Support Services (Thrive CSS) is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The role involves assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence through skill development, encouraging community engagement, following individualized support plans, ensuring well-being, completing documentation, and communicating effectively with supervisors.
