Beacon Specialized Living is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The role provides hands-on assistance with daily living, personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, medication administration, advocacy, documentation, and social engagement. No prior experience is required because training and support are provided. The position offers flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call schedules, including 8- and 12.5-hour shifts, along with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, training, and other benefits.
