Living Resources is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in group homes, day programs, and community settings across Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, and Warren County. The role provides personal care, helps individuals achieve personal goals, and supports independent living. Schedules include full-time, part-time, and light-part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts, with a day-habilitation program in Warren County and on-site day programs in Schenectady and East Greenbush. Applicants must be at least 18, flexible with varying hours, hold a valid New York State driver's license and a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift, reposition, and transfer without restriction. The position offers paid training, health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement programs, and ongoing professional development, with pay of $17.75 to $20.25 per hour.
