SIRS, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional Apprentice to provide person-centered, hands-on support to individuals receiving services through its SIRS program. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, transportation, medication records, housekeeping, safety, documentation, and training, while developing knowledge of Indiana Medicaid Waiver structures and IDD service standards. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and pass drug screening and a background check.
