The Direct Support Professional provides personal care and community-integration support to individuals in Lansdale, Souderton, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, ISP goals, bathing and grooming, meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, documentation, safety, infection control, and team communication. The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, offers full-time or part-time status, pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour, and includes health insurance, a flexible schedule, and a referral program.
