ABiLITY is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role assists with daily living activities, promotes independence and community involvement, administers medications after training, maintains a safe environment, and completes documentation. The position pays $20 per hour, offers paid training and certifications, and provides daytime, evening, and overnight shift options. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED or be currently enrolled, hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, pass required screenings, and be dependable and willing to learn.
